This episode I brought back to the show a fan favourite from last year, Dean Guedo. If you don’t know Dean, he’s one of the best personal trainers in the city, and he’s got totally badass Spiderman and Venom tattoos. This was as freewheeling an episode as you’re going to get, but there’s some seriously entertaining stuff we talk about. We talk about Dean’s experience podcasting and cover some great advice for anyone thinking about starting their own. We talk about finding your niche in life, and doing what feels good. And, of course, you can’t chat with Dean Guedo without picking his beautiful brain about training.
